We proudly stand behind the quality of our parts and we have the AS9100 certification to prove it. We are constantly striving to monitor and improve our quality systems, and have invested in top of the line inspection tools to make sure your manufactured items are as precise as the specs you submitted.


For design work, we use the latest Solidworks software. All CNC tool paths are generated with Sufcam Velocity, and we can create two, three, and four axis tool paths quickly and cleanly. Virtually any type of CAD files can be brought into our system.

Quality Assurance and Inspection

We have taken great care to create a temperature-controlled quality assurance and testing lab within our facility. Our highly trained inspection staff follow strict protocols to ensure product consistency and adherence to job specs. We maintain electronic calibration records of all of our dimensional metrology equipment.
